Whether I am teaching fundamentals to a beginner flutist or working on musical ideas in a piece, my approach is always to encourage and awaken students’ curiosity. I strongly believe that a nourishing and supportive environment for learning music and musical instruments is essential for both personal and musical development. Building confidence in my students and deep love and connection with music is one of my goals as a teaching artist.
